We believe:
We believe the Bible is God's infallible word and that He does speak to all mankind through the Bible, (2 Timothy 3:16).
We believe God is a Tri-une God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. That means that He is one God, but a unity of three persons.God is the Creator, Sustainer and Provider of all creation and He is the Sovereign Ruler or all creatures.
We believe sin is rebellion from God and disobedience to Him. Sadly, every person sins against God, "for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). Sin separates people from God and therefore all people need to be reconciled to God. God loved the world so much that He sent His only Son into the world to save sinners. The Son of God is Jesus Christ. No person can come to God except through Jesus Christ, for He paid the price for sin on the Cross of Calvary.
We believe only those who truly believe in Christ can be saved from sin and the punishment of hell. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23)
We believe that God intends those who love Him to meet and worship together in local churches, as they are the visible expression of Christ's body. We believe that the work of the Holy Spirit is essential to the life of the local Church and each Christian. We believe that the Church community must minister and witness God's love and charity to each other and to the local community.
